Whether you are an expert or a novice, any lover of e-liquid can not forget certain aromas that have exalted their taste buds.

At the toquer cooper, we raise our e-liquid in French or American oak barrels in order to bring out as much as possible the different aromas that make up our recipes. These are developed as an oenologist will do for the blending of wines and spirits. We compose with the time factor in order to obtain the desired wooding rate and to develop to the maximum the olfactory and gustatory properties of our cuvées.

 

So you will find three main families of aromas in our recipes.

 

• The primary aromas, brought by the natural side of our aromas and therefore very characteristic according to the cuvées.

• Secondary aromas, coming from the method of assembly and elaboration of our cuvées.

• Finally the tertiary aromas which are revealed during the aging in barrels and are mainly brought by the wood of the barrel in which the recipe is aged.

 

Each recipe is adapted to a barrel having undergone a more or less moderate heating. The heating style will therefore have a different impact on the final result of the cuvée.

A light heating will then give aromas of oak or slightly toasted or smoky notes.
A medium heat will give more toasted, spicy or vanilla notes.
Finally a strong heating will offer more characteristic notes like aromas of caramel or coffee.
